Load Windows 8.

1.Press Winkey, type scanner in the search panel, click on View scanners and cameras.
2.On the new opened window, your scanner will be listed if everything is ok, if scanner can be seen, then the connection is abnormal.
3.If no scanner shown, please check the cable connection between scanner and computer. Check if the scanner is powered on.
